Response Time

We aim to respond to all support requests within two business days (Monday – Friday, Indian Standard Time, excluding public holidays in India). Urgent security or service-impacting issues receive priority.

Documentation

Billing & Account

Manage your account, view usage, top up credits, and download invoices from your dashboard at app.firstcall.dev. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy; their billing records are the system of record.

Security & Privacy

Security vulnerability reports: see our Security page for disclosure procedures. Data subject access / deletion requests under GDPR, CCPA, or similar: email hi@firstcall.dev; we respond within 30 days.

Service Status

Operational status is monitored internally. We will email registered users about any planned maintenance or material service disruption affecting their bots.
